Our garages are easy to customize and feature a wealth of potential options. You may choose from additional windows and doors, or pick from a variety of siding, including vinyl or cedar shakes. Additionally, decide on shingles or painted metal roofing, as well as your choice of garage doors and openers. Should you choose to utilize your garage to an even fuller extent, we offer a variety of roof, wall, and floor insulation options. Our garage packages have developed a reputation for their ease of construction, an important consideration for the do-it-yourself homeowner. Because all of the necessary components are shipped as a complete package, there is never any work stoppage due to lack of materials. As an added convenience, these garages ship with all necessary bracing and framing material. Material Specifications

. 2" x 6" pressure treated southern yellow pine #2 construction grade sill plate.
. Structure shall have a single bottom and double top wall plate of SPF No.2.
. 2" x 6" walls with studs located 16" OC of SPF No. 2 construction grade.
. Stay material shall be supplied for structure erection.
. 14" LVL engineered beam for overhead garage door header.
. Pre-engineered 60 lb. snow load trusses located 2' OC, 2" x 4" SPF truss bracing included.
. Full 16" eave and gable overhangs.
. 5/8" T & G OSB sheathing over trusses, includes 15 lb felt, H-clips and drip edge.
. 235 lb. 3 in 1 seal down asphalt shingle roofing.
. Soffit material to be consistent with siding and include brown soffit vent.
. Sufficient lumber and framing shall be provided to frame overhangs to receive finish pine.
. Finish siding to be 5/8" Pine T-111 agency grade plywood
. Double hung insulated windows - 2 ea. up 32' lengths - 3 ea. on longer lengths.
. One 3/0 x 6/8 prehung solid insulated entry door with knob.
. All nails, fasteners and connecting devices to construct structure included.

Chalet Package

. Second story loft storage space with 10/12 attic truss.
. Floor of storage space to be 5/8" UL agency grade plywood.
. Storage area approx. 1/3 of first floor area.
